What is your minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on design. Standard items support low-volume trial orders, and mixed loading is available. Send the model and your target quantity and we confirm the exact figure with the quotation.
How long are samples and production?
Samples from stock ship in 3–7 days. Production runs 25–35 days after deposit and artwork approval. Sea freight to Santos, Jebel Ali or Ho Chi Minh City is typically 30–38 days depending on the sailing.
Can you certify for our market?
Fixtures are engineered to meet CE / RoHS / ErP requirements. CE, RoHS, IEC/EN and ISO 9001 are held in house. Any listing we do not hold is applied for with your nominated lab, with the testing fee quoted separately. Tell us the destination market and we list what applies.
Do you support OEM and private label?
Yes. We work from your drawing, a reference sample or a target retail price. Tooling stays legally yours, model numbers and packaging carry your brand, and custom models follow the standard model's MOQ.
Can I mix several models in one container?
Yes. Mixed loading is available across all four ranges, and standard items support low-volume trial orders. We prepare the loading plan and send it with the quotation.
What payment terms do you accept?
T/T 30% deposit with the balance against the B/L copy is standard. L/C and PayPal are available for sample and small trial orders.
