Fewer surprises at handover.
The difference between a good sample and a good project is documentation. We supply both.
Drivers you can service
Not a grey box. Driver model, wattage and replacement part number are printed inside every housing — installers can source a replacement locally years from now.
Photometrics before you commit
IES / LDT files, LM-79 reports and recommended spacings are shared before the deposit, so the lighting designer signs off on the fixture instead of discovering it on site.
Finish files that match the spec
RAL, anodized or plating references are written into the production order — the batch you receive matches the sample you approved.

Questions buyers ask about this range
Can the drop length be customised?
Yes. Cable or rod length is a configuration item, not a tooling item, so it does not change the quotation point. Send the finished floor to ceiling height and the mounting point, and we calculate the drop.
Blown glass or acrylic?
Blown glass reads warmer and photographs better; it is also heavier and needs better packing. Acrylic is cheaper, lighter and more impact-resistant, which suits high-traffic retail. Both are available on the same canopy.
How do I space a cluster of pendants?
For a cluster, keep 1.2–1.5 times the shade diameter between centres so the shades read as one group rather than separate objects. Over an island, the cluster should span roughly two thirds of the counter length.
How are pendants packed for export?
Glass shades ship in individual moulded pulp or EPE cradles inside a double-wall carton, with the canopy and cable in a separate compartment. Ask for the packing drawing and drop-test summary before the deposit.
What is the MOQ for pendants?
MOQ depends on design. Hand-blown shades are made to order, so the quantity is confirmed per model — standard items support low-volume trial orders, and mixed loading is available.
Do pendants use standard bulbs or integrated LED?
Most pendants take standard E27/E26 bulbs so you can tune output and CCT per project. Integrated LED modules are available on selected models on request.
A common starting point in this range is the Orb Blown-Glass Pendant. If you need a different size, finish or driver, it is built on the same platform — see how custom runs work.
Need a variant of the Pendant Lights family?
Different diameter, wattage, CCT, dimming protocol or finish — we tool from your drawing, or adapt a MOQ line item for pre-launch changes.
