Questions buyers ask about the catalogue
How many product lines do you make?
Four: LED ceiling lights, ceiling fan lights, decorative pendants and wall lights. All four are produced in the same factory, so a mixed container across lines is a normal order rather than a special request.
Can I order a mixed container?
Yes. Models from different lines can be combined in one container, which usually brings each model closer to its quotation point and reduces freight per unit.
Do you supply photometric files before the order?
IES/LDT files, LM-79 summaries and recommended spacing are shared before the deposit, so your lighting designer can sign off on the fixture rather than on a catalogue photo.
What is the minimum order quantity?
MOQ depends on design. Standard items support low-volume trial orders, and mixed loading is available — the exact figure is confirmed with your quotation.
How long is production?
Standard items ship 25–35 days after deposit and artwork confirmation. Samples leave the factory in 3–7 working days.
Which certifications can you support?
CE and RoHS documentation ships with every batch. ETL, SAA and other market-specific certificates are arranged on request through our nominated labs.
