Ordering & MOQ
What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ is not a single number. Each model has a quotation point — the quantity at which tooling, plating and packing setup become viable — and that point moves with the size and finish of the fixture. A large pendant reaches it at a lower unit count than a small sconce because the unit value is higher. Models can be combined in one order and one container, which usually brings each closer to its point. Custom tooling is a separate project with its own quoted minimum.
Can I mix different models in one container?
Yes. Models from different lines can be combined in one container. Tell us the mix and the destination port and we calculate the carton layout so the container is filled efficiently.
Do you provide samples?
Yes. Sample orders ship within 3–7 working days for catalogue models. Sample fees are refunded against your first bulk order, and courier cost can be collected by your DHL/FedEx account if you prefer.
OEM / ODM
What is the difference between OEM and ODM here?
OEM means you supply drawing, spec or finish — we build to your standard. ODM means you describe the market and target price, and our engineering team develops the fixture, tooling and certification path for you. Both include exclusive mould protection.
Will you sell my moulded design to competitors?
No. Tooling you pay for is yours. We sign an NDA before development and never display custom-developed models on our website or in our catalogue.
Can you match a target retail price?
Yes. Send us your target landed cost and volume; our engineers will propose material, driver and packaging options to hit it without compromising safety compliance.
Quality & Compliance
Which certifications do you hold?
We hold CE, RoHS, IEC/EN and ISO 9001. Listings such as UL/ETL, CB, SAA and SASO are not held by default — where your market requires one, we apply with your nominated laboratory and the testing fee is quoted separately. Sample submission and design revision are handled here.
What warranty do you offer?
Two years standard. Longer terms are possible on larger programmes and are agreed per order in writing.
How do you control quality before shipment?
Every batch goes through an aging test and a lighting (power-on) test before packing. Inspection records travel with the shipment.
Logistics & Payment
What is the production lead time?
25–35 days for standard production after deposit. Custom development adds 20–25 days for tooling and approval before production starts.
Which payment terms do you accept?
Payment terms are set out in the quotation and depend on order size and destination. T/T and L/C are both considered.
Do you handle shipping to my port?
We ship EXW, FOB Jiangmen/Shenzhen, CIF or DDP. Our forwarder network covers Southeast Asia, the Middle East, South America, Africa and Oceania, with DDP door-to-door to Amazon FBA warehouses if needed.
