Drop-tested packing is the reason our damage rate stays below 0.3% for the full sea-freight route. Every SKU ships with a packing spec:

Can you manufacture from our drawings without owning the design?
Yes. OEM files are treated as your property. We sign an NDA before receiving drawings, quote tooling separately, and never reuse custom moulds for another customer.
What is the smallest order for a custom finish?
Custom finishes and laser logos follow the standard model's MOQ. New-tooling quantities depend on the design and are confirmed with the quotation — mixed loading is available for trial orders.
Do you supply samples before bulk?
Every project includes a working sample and a signed golden sample. Samples are charged at prototype cost and credited against the first bulk order above 1,000 pieces.
Can you certify for our market?
We hold CE, RoHS, IEC/EN and ISO 9001. If your market needs a listing we do not hold, we apply with your nominated laboratory, revise the design to close findings and carry the rectification work; the testing fee is quoted separately.
Who owns the tooling?
You do, once the tooling is paid for. Moulds are stored at our factory, maintained at our cost while the project is active, and returned or scrapped on request.
What is the lead time for an OEM project?
Catalogue-based customisation runs on the standard 25–35 day production cycle. Full ODM from concept to certified production takes about 45 days including tooling and prototype approval.
